The Ever-changing Garden is a continuous work in progress. The work is never done. The garden was started in 1997 by Partners in Grime, Becky Scarboro and Nelson Ratchford. In Spring, the Garden comes alive with bursts of color. Virginia Bluebells, combined with Forget-me-nots and Woodland Poppies are the first to bloom, followed by Globe flowers, Lily of the Valley and The Bearded Iris. Anticipation of summer is well rewarded when the tropical hues of annuals and perennials intermingle... Summer brings forth the most visible plant in the Ever-changing Garden, The Daylily. There are over 700 varieties of Daylilies. In 2004, a
cascading water fall and pond was developed. Come Visit the Ever-changing Garden and see for yourself the flow of Life. |
